Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription cancellation can be requested from the admin billing area. The payment service records cancellation state and access may be restricted after configured grace rules.

Refunds are reviewed against plan terms, usage, subscription state, and payment provider settlement status. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider.

Custom contract cancellation and refund handling follows the signed commercial terms.
