Questions from Shopify teams
Does connecting the store launch my rewards program?
No. Account setup, reward rules and the purchase-capture route need separate confirmation. Automatic Shopify synchronization is not currently available.
Will we need technical help?
It depends on the confirmed route. Storefront presentation, checkout behavior and purchase updates can require work from your technical team; ask us to review your setup first.
Can I discuss another way to record purchases?
Yes. Describe your store and workflow so we can review a supported integration or staff-operated route without assuming compatibility.
