Build the bill from your saved catalogue items or enter an item directly using your pack’s custom-line option. Find the customer’s eligible rewards and explain the amount before taking payment. Item, tax and invoice details stay with the purchase.
Know where the payment stands.
Use the payment methods configured for your business, including supported UPI QR or card-terminal connections. Check payment status: displaying a request is not confirmation that money arrived. When funds reach your account and how you check them against sales depend on the available payment route.
Give a return a clear ending too.
Illustrative journey: a shopper buys two items, earns qualifying points and later returns one. Staff open the original sale, refund the eligible amount and review the reward adjustment beside it. Points, credit and gift cards follow their own reversal rules.
