Perksmith · fashion

A new outfit. A reason to come back.

Connect fashion-store checkout, stock and returns with customer rewards through Perksmith Counter—or add eligible rewards alongside your existing billing.

They came in for a shirt. They found something they love. Your team made the purchase feel personal. Perksmith helps you carry that relationship beyond the receipt, with rewards that make sense at checkout and after the customer leaves.

Keep the basket and the customer together

Use Counter's retail workflow for product lookup, inventory, billing and payment. Build your catalogue around the products and their sizes, colours or other variants, so staff can find the right item for the basket.

Bring the customer's record and eligible rewards into the sale. A benefit should be clear enough for your cashier to explain and your customer to understand before paying.

A return belongs to the story too

The shirt fits; the trousers do not. When part of a purchase comes back, the refund and its reward adjustments need to follow the program's rules. Keep the resulting records available so staff can explain what changed.

If you retain your billing software, Staff enter purchase details in Reward Desk to handle supported rewards alongside your existing bill. A bill-total entry does not reproduce item-level offers or take over your stock records.

Give the new collection a relevant audience

Use customer history and groups, such as first-time buyers or regulars, to choose a reason to shop again: a loyalty benefit, a referral reward, a gift-card campaign or an eligible collection offer. Follow up on consented channels, with clear exclusions and a campaign budget.

See reward spend alongside purchases after returns. A busy campaign needs that fuller picture before you repeat it.

Begin with your own basket

Bring a basket from your shop, including the item that might come back. See the sale, reward and partial return in the same walkthrough.

A customer buys a shirt and trousers, earns qualifying points and later returns the trousers. Staff process the return and point adjustment. When the next collection arrives, the owner invites an eligible audience and reviews net purchases and reward spend.

Questions from the shop floor

Can an offer apply to selected items?

Yes, through the relevant item-level Counter or integrated-checkout offer. Reward Desk's bill-total entry has a different scope.

What happens to points after a partial return?

The refund follows your configured purchase and reward rules. The customer's resulting reward record shows the adjustment; include earned and spent value in your store walkthrough.

Can online and store customers share a program?

Eligible Rewards/Counter setups connect customer records. Customer identity, checkout integration and location rules determine the experience across channels.
