We collect account, billing, and operational information needed to create tenant access, process subscriptions, provide support, and secure the platform.

Payment authorization is handled by Razorpay. We store provider identifiers, subscription state, webhook audit records, and tenant assignment status, not card credentials.

Contact and signup details may be used to send onboarding emails, credential invitations, billing notices, product updates, and support communications.
