Questions about the choice
- Are Rewards and Counter separate brands? They are two Perksmith products with different starting points: customer programs and counter operations.
- Can I use both? Eligible plans support online and Counter workflows together. Confirm included locations and access before selecting a plan; Rewards Connect does not include Perksmith Counter locations.
- What if I want to keep my billing software? Explore Reward Desk for a staff-operated rewards workflow alongside your existing billing, or discuss a supported integration with Rewards.
