Perksmith · Made for the next customer moment

A goal in sight. A reward ahead.

Give customers a goal that unlocks a reward, such as three qualifying visits in 30 days. In Perksmith, these goals are called missions. You can also use supported reward games, with clear actions, progress and terms.

Give customers a goal they can see.

Choose a mission from your package’s library: a visit goal, a purchase milestone or another supported action. Show what counts, how long customers have and the benefit at the finish.

Keep the rules as clear as the reward.

Use a game when it fits your customers. Make eligibility, campaign limits and reward terms visible before they join. Your package’s approval controls and the recorded adjustment process still apply.

Two visits down. One ahead.

Illustrative café mission: three qualifying visits within 30 days unlock the stated benefit. After the second visit, the customer sees two of three completed. Activity outside the conditions does not count; the reward follows qualification.

Questions before the challenge begins

Do we have to use a game?

No. A straightforward mission can work on its own. Choose the experience your customers will understand.

Will one mission fit every business?

The qualifying action needs to fit your purchase or visit records. Review the business defaults rather than copying another business's rules.

What if a qualifying purchase is returned?

The mission and reward adjustment rules determine the result. Explain that treatment in the terms and try it before launch.
