Can I use my own provider account?
Rewards Connect, Growth and Scale include supported bring-your-own provider options. Your provider’s charges and requirements apply separately.
Who bills for WhatsApp messages?
Connect your WhatsApp Business account. Meta bills your business directly for WhatsApp usage, separately from your Perksmith subscription.
Can I message everyone on an imported list?
Only the people with the appropriate channel and purpose permission. Importing their details does not supply it.
